SOEKMEKAAR / MOREBENG TOWN WATER SUPPLY

MTH Drilling Co. was contracted to drill three water supply boreholes for the small town of Morebeng situated in the Limpopo province of South Africa. Borehole drilling was conducted using Rotary Air Percussion drilling. Drilling was done at 6.5 inch and reaming of three boreholes at 8.5 & 10 inch diameter. Well sorted gravel pack and adequate casing was installed to bedrock. The three boreholes were successfully drilled and tested by the company & have a combined yield of 20 l/sec @ 24 hr pumping cycle. .

LEPELLE NORTHERN PROJECTS

MTH Drilling Co. was contracted to conduct borehole drilling and testing at twenty rural community water supply projects. The villages were located in Mopani District Municipality, Limpopo province of South Africa. The project entailed drilling and equipping over 20 boreholes with submersible pumps, pipeworks & installing at least 2 X 10 Kl tanks at each village.

EMAKHAZENI RURAL WATER SUPPLY PROJECT

MTH Drilling Co. was contracted to conduct borehole pump testing and windmill installations at eight farming projects within the Emakhazeni local Municipal area in Mpumalanga province of South Africa. 8 X Climax Windmill pumps were installed at these rural water supply projects.

DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

MTH Drilling Co. was appointed by the department of Agriculture (Capricorn district Municipality) in Limpopo provice, South Africa - to conduct groundwater geophysical investigations, borehole drilling and pump testing at five boreholes. The project was successfully completed and a combined total yield of 15 l/sec @ 24 hrs/day pumping cycle was realized for the fruit & vegetable farming project.

MVULA TRUST PROJECTS

MTH Drilling was contracted to conduct groundwater geophysical investigations, borehole drilling and pump testing at ten schools in the Limpopo province of South Africa. Each school was equipped with an automatic borehole pumping system with franklin submersible pumps, pipeworks, supply and installation of 10 KL tanks and tank stands and at least three stand pipes with soakaways covered with geotextile fabric and backfill

October 2018

Dept of Rural Development & Land Reform

MTH Drilling Co. was sub-contracted to conduct a project for the department of Rural Development and Land reform (Limpopo Province), South Africa. The project entailed conducting groundwater geophysical investigations, borehole drilling and pump testing at four boreholes. The project was successfully completed and a combined total yield of 18 l/sec @ 24 hrs/day pumping cycle was realized for the crop & vegetable farming project.

July - Nov 2018

Capricorn District Municipality Groundwater Projects

The company has successfully completed several borehole drilling & pump testing projects for at least 10 villages within the period July – Nov 2018. Groundwater investigations have been conducted for communities ranging from at least 500 – 2500 households per village.

Mar - June 2018

Independent Development Trust

MTH Drilling Company was subcontracted to undertake groundwater investigations, borehole drilling, pump testing & equipping for five libraries within the Limpopo Province. The scope of works included conducting scientific surveys, borehole drilling, yield testing & borehole equipping with 2 X 10 KL Jojo tanks, tank stands, reticulation & installation of at least 3 x water taps at each Library.
